Law on Investment of the Kingdom of Cambodia (Khmer)
This Law governs all investment projects made by investors who are Cambodian citizens or foreigners within the Kingdom of Cambodia. Investor can be either a natural person or a legal entity. This law was amended into Law on the Amendment of the Law on Investment(2003).
