Cutting 4,727.79 ha in O Arm village of Sre Khtum commune in Keo Seima district of Mondulkiri province: 2,261.59 ha from Mondulkiri-Kratie Bio-diversity Conservation and Protected Forest, 420.70 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, 791.26 ha from ELC of Ritthy Kiri Seima, and 1,254.24 ha from SLC program; Reclassifying or/and donating 4,256.73 ha to 1,511 [1,478] families; Reserving 471.06 ha as state public land; and Granting ownership to 2,607 private land parcels, 1 pagod land, and 16 public land parcels.
