Cutting 758 ha in Srengpreang village of Prormey commune in Tbeng Meanchey district of Preah Vihear province: 148 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 610 ha from ELC of Lan Feng (Cambodia) International Company Limited; Reclassifying 696.16 ha as state private land for donating to 84 families; and Reserving 61.84 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development.
