Cutting a total land of 1,275 ha in Thmey village of Choung Mung commune in Tuek Phos district of Kampong Chhnang province: 1,261 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; and 14 ha from Mean Kor-Hun Sen Paper Tree Nursery Station; and Reclassifying 1,152 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 670 familie, and Reserving 123 ha as community forest and state public land.
