Cutting a total land of 3,325.28 ha Khsatre Borei village of Santrer commune in Phnom Kravine district of Pursat province: 12.06 ha from Phnom Aoral Wildlife Sanctuary; 1,528.57 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; and 1,784.65 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; and Reclassifying 2,690.51 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 878 families; Reserving 634.77 ha as state public land; and Granting rights to 2,741 private land parcels, 1 pagoda land, and 65 public land parcels.
