The National Agricultural Development Policy (NADP) 2022-2023 provides a broad and sharp direction to develop this sector for the relevant ministries, institutions of the Royal Government of Cambodia, development partners and the private sector to jointly implement. The policy outlines four main areas: (1) modernization and commercialization of the agricultural value chain, (2) public and private investments in agriculture sector, and (3) sustainable growth and resilience of the climate change; and (4) institutional reform and cross-cutting issues.
