The Chom Chao flyover and underpass are being implemented by OCIC with a budget of US$22 million. The ground was broken on the project in June 2018 and will take 30 months to complete. The whole project comprises five sections including the main flyover connecting Russian Blvd to NR 3, a bridge connecting Russian Blvd to Veng Sreng Road, a bridge connecting Veng Sreng Road to NR3, an underpass connecting Veng Sreng Road to NR4, and a road connecting NR 4 to Russian Blvd.
