Training summary |
The contractor shall provide training courses on mining operations to its Cambodian inexperience employees on the mining sector to guarantee the maximum rate of their participation. Furthermore, for each year of its mining exploration operations, the contractor shall spend at least 5,000 US dollars for training courses on the mining resource development sector to the ministry's staff. |
