Positional Accuracy This represents a manual count of information from a print map in a report.
Process Step From the Ministry of Planning and Investment map on page 89 of the UNIDO report "Special Economic Zones in the ASEAN" (https://www.unido.org/fileadmin/user_media.../UCO_Viet_Nam_Study_FINAL.pdf), the number of listings for industrial estates and SEZs shown, were counted for each province. This was added to a spreadsheet to be used in a CartoDB map.
