It also indicates the percentage of the required projects that are for new infrastructure. Process Step The working paper containing the estimated investment and project percentages was downloaded from the ADBI website (http://www.adb.org/sites/default/files/publication/156103/adbi-wp248.pdf). Then copied and pasted the data for each Lower Mekong country from the columns "Investments as Percentage of Total: New Capacity" and "Total Investment per Year" to an Excel spreadsheet.
