The Prakas is to establish "Prey Chheu Phleung" Community Protected Area of Kulen Promtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Kaong Yaong village, Yeang commune, Choam Ksant district, Preah Vihear Province, with a total area of 2,162 hectares. The aim of this establishment is to improve sustainable usage and management of natural resources and contribute to the livelihood improvement of the local communities according to the policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia
