Trends of development of Myanmar fisheries, with references to Japanese experiences

The report is about the trends of development of Myanmar fisheries with references to Japanese experiences. The report highlights the status of fisheries in Myanmar and Japan by looking into overview, fish production, fish export, fish institutions and many other issues-related to fisheries. Assessment of standing fisheries resources, extension of resource management, extension of efforts on analytical fisheries statistics, capacity building to render effective fisheries management are recommendation in this report for the government of Myanmar to take into consideration.
