Prakas no. 047on the levels of hazardous conditions, the issuance of measures to prevent hazards, and procedures for managing hazardous buildings

This Prakas defines the levels of hazardous conditions, the issuance of preventive measures, and the procedures for managing buildings with hazardous conditions. Its purpose is to ensure safety, security, and public order; prevent dangers to adjacent buildings and to the lives, physical well-being, and health of building users, neighbors, and the public; strengthen the responsibility of building owners, building managers, building tenants, and building users regarding potential hazards arising from buildings; and enhance the effectiveness of building management by the competent authorities.
