Prakas No. 217 on Allowing Golden Dolphin Trading Limited to Exploit Limestone to Produce Cement in East Toukmeas Mountain Area, Kampot Province.

Golden Dophin Traiding Limited company has been allowed to exploit limestone to produce cement in east Toukmean mountain area which includes Kuhaloung and Kounsat mountains in Bantey Meas district, Kampot province. The spatial coordinates of the location are mentioned in article 1. The prakas has validity until 2/23/2007. The company is entitled to apply for the renewal of the license 90 days before its expiry date. However, the Prakas will be terminated in case the company does not comply with the conditions in the agreement.
