Royal Kram No.1021/014 promulgated the law on investment of the Kingdom of Cambodia

This law aims to establish an open, transparent, predictable legal framework that is favorable for investment to attract and promote investment by Cambodian or foreign entities with quality, efficiency and effectiveness aimed at socio-economic development in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
