Sub decree no 201 on the reclassification from state public property to state private property

This sub-decree was issued by the Royal Government of Cambodia with the decision of reclassifying as state private land the lands of location including (1) the former 13 January car park of Battambang which cover an area of 4,613 square meters in Battambang city, Battambang province; (2) Boeung Tnoat agricultural land of Kandal which cover an area of 835 993 square meters located in Satyo village, S'ang​ district, Kandal province; (3) Preah Sihanouk Department of Planning which cover an area of 2,700 squared meters located in 28 Mithona Street, village 1, Sangkat Bei, Khan Mittakpheap, Preah Sihanouk City, Preah Sihanouk Province; (4) Department of Cult and religion of Preah Sihanouk which cover an area of 2,506 square meters; (5) Department of Women's Affair which cover an area of 3,168 square meters and Women Center with an area of 2,012 square meters located in 28 Mithona Street, village 1, Sangkat Bei, Khan Mittakpheap, Preah Sihanouk City, Preah Sihanouk Province; (6) Forestry Administration Inspectorate of Gulf of Preah Sihanouk which cover an area of 3,546 square meters located in 28 Mithona Street, village 1, Sangkat Bei, Khan Mittakpheap, Preah Sihanouk City, Preah Sihanouk Province.
