Sub-decree No. 229 on Cutting and Reclassifying 1,854.3299 hectares of ELCs in Ratanak Kiri province

Cutting a total land of 1,854.3299 ha in Tean and Par Or villages of Keschong commune in Bor Keo district, and Malek village of Malek commune in Andong Meas district of Ratanak Kiri province: 5.0766 ha from ELC of Heng Brother Co., Ltd, and 1,849.2533 ha from Veasna Investment; Reclassifying 1,444.1004 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 302 families; Reserving 410.2295 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 520 private land parcels and 1 public land parcel.
