Sub-decree no. 90 on the land reclassification

This sub-decree​ is to reclassified of 10,573 hectares 23 ares of state public property, of which 6,201 hectares 20 ares are located in the sustainable use area of the Cardamom Mountains National Park and 4,372 hectares 3 ares are located in the sustainable use area of the Phnom Samkos Wildlife Sanctuary in the geographical area of Pramoy commune, Veal Veng district, Pursat province, to become private property of the state as shown in the map and control table (Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984) attached in the appendix to this sub-decree, for the implementation of the Stung Pursat 1 Hydroelectric Development Project in accordance with the applicable procedures. This area of land must be subject to the implementation of procedures by the Ministry of Mines and Energy as the state property ownership authority and in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Finance as the state property management authority and relevant ministries, institutions, and sub-national administrations in accordance with applicable laws and legal regulations as well as the principles of the Royal Government.
