Sub-decree no. 93 on the cutting of 762 hectares, 2A and 13 CA from the forest cover 2002 and reclassifying it as a state private land for the grant ownership of the Preav indigenous community in Phleu Thom village, Taveng Leu commune, Taveng district, Ratanakkiri province, and gives ownership of the land plot

This sub-decree aims to cut off 762 hectares, 2 acres, and 13 centi-arces of forest cover 2002 and reclassify it as state private land for granting ownership to Preav indigenous communities in Phleu Thom village, Ta Veng Leu commune, Ta Veng district, Ratanakkiri province, as well as granting ownership rights to the plot of land to the Ratanakkiri Provincial Land Management Committee to manage in accordance with the procedures in force.
