This sub-decree determines the organization and functioning of the General Department of Housing under the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction. This is to supplement Sub-Decree No.62 dated July 20, 1999 on the Organization and Functioning of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction.
