The Prakas is to establish "Kbal Dounkrey" Community Protected Area of Northwest Biodiversity Conservation Corridor in Boeng village, Mean Rith commune, Sandan district, Kampong Thom Province, with a total area of 1,803 hectares. The aim of this establishment is to improve sustainable usage and management of natural resources and contribute to the livelihood improvement of the local communities according to the policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia
