Equity in water resource use

Decree No. 82/2017 / ND-CP was released by the Prime Minister stipulating the method of allocating water usage rights offiicially took effect on the 1st of September 1, 2017. This is considered an important tool in encouraging organizations and individuals to use water efficiently to protect water resources, and promote their equitibale use. This article gives an overview on how this decree has been implemented.
