Government finance statistics July 2026

According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance’s Government Finance Statistics for August 2026, the Budgetary Central Government (BCG) recorded a monthly budget deficit of 847 billion riels in August 2026 (collecting 1,844 billion riels in revenue against higher expenditures), contrasting sharply with a surplus of 367 billion riels in August 2025.
