NCPO’s Order 17/2558 on land acquisition for use in special economic zones

This order is governed by Section 44 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand (Interim) 2014. The head of the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) ordered an expedited process of land acquisition to carry out the Special Economic Zone. Out of 9 strategies, this is to achieve the result of the Strategy 5 implementation, which is to create links with countries in the Mekong region for economic and social stability.
