Announcement No. 01 on the results of the Cambodian Cabinet Meeting on 05 April 2019
The government has approved SPHP (Cambodia) to invest in a new hydroelectric dam in Pursat river with capacity of 80-megawatt and built under a build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis. Schnei Tec was approved to invest in two solar-power stations built under a build-owned-operate (BOO) framework of 60 MW in Kampong Chhnang and 60 MW in Pursat, and boost its Kampong Speu province station’s capacity by 20MW. In addition, the meeting approved the draft law on oil management and production, and the draft national policy on school health.
