This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Canteran Apparel (Cambodia) Co., Ltd (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Canteran Apparel (Cambodia) Co., Ltd (employee). According to the award, 3 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the employer pay wages twice per month; 2) the employer install hot and cold water at the factory; and 3) the employer pays includes the seniority bonus when calculating overtimes pay. The outcome of the arbitral award was that the employer was ordered to pay wages twice per month. The second issue was rejected and the Council declined to consider the third issue. This was a non-binding award.
