Law on management usage and handling state properties were deployed which was approved by the assembly, on 6th October 2020, during the 5th and 6th Session of the National Assembly and the senate finished the revision on 26th October 2020. This law is aimed to manage, use and handle all kind of state properties in a way of effective, efficient, transparent, accountable, consistent, lawful, integrity, and sustainable by establishing a base of legal framework and institution for purpose of contributing to the merit of economic development, society, environment, and civilization of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
