This law defines the framework of management, conservation and development of protected areas. The objectives of this law are to ensure the management, conservation of biodiversity, and sustainable use of natural resources in protected areas. This Law has a scope of application in protected areas defined by the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Management.
