[ENGLISH] Regulation Issued under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005) (No. 5)
In order for the various measures to remain in force to suppress the spread of the COVID-19 disease into other areas and to prevent the recurrence of the disease in areas previously under control, by virtue of Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005) and Section 11 of the State Administration Act B.E. 2534 (1991), the Prime Minister hereby issues a Regulation for the general public and guidelines for government agencies.
