This Royal Decree adjusted the administrative boundaries between Kampong Speu province and Preah Sihanouk province by transferring 11,086.66 hectares from Ou Bak Roteh Commune and Kampong Seila Commune, Kampong Seila District, Preah Sihanouk province, to the administrative jurisdiction of Yeay Mao Pich Nil commune, Phnom Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province. It also transferred 2,143.06 hectares from Yeay Mao Pich Nil commune, Phnom Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province, to the administrative jurisdiction of Ou Bak Roteh commune, Kampong Seila district, Preah Sihanouk province.
