The Ministry of Economy and Finance has allocated commune funds, which are divided into general administrative components, social services and environmental sanitation components, and local development components, as attached in the appendix. The general administrative component is divided into administrative expenses (subsidies and purely administrative) and unplanned expenses for provisioning expenses in Chapter 64 and other expenditures which are necessary for the commune administration.
