Cutting 3,712.56 ha in Tamegn village of Kroya commune in Sontok district of Kampong Thom province : 1,165.41 ha from 2002 forest cover and 2,547.15 ha from ELC of CCV company ; Reclassifying 3,461.42 ha as state private land for donating to 1,050 families; Reserving 251.14 ha for physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 1,537 private land parcels.
