Sub-decree No. 51 on the transfer of resources from the state budget to commune/sangkat fund
This sub-decree is intended to limit the transfer of resources from the state budget to the commune/sangkat fund for five (5) years from 2019 to 2023. The purpose of this sub-decree is to determine the annual transfer amount as a percentage of the current revenue, transferred state budget to the commune/sangkat fund, and the formula of the commune/sangkat analysis and the transferred program of credit and cash to the commune/sangkat administration.
