This sub-decree aims to identify and manage the international border checkpoints, international border crossings, bilateral border gates, border area gates, and seaport gates, and control all entry and exit activities of the Kingdom of Cambodia of passengers, transportation, and all kinds of goods to ensure security, stability, social order across the border areas and in the country, protection of the welfare of the people, and the revenue of the state budget.
