After more than 2 years of implementing scheme for Enhancing international cooperation to support the socio-economic development of Ethnic Minorities (Project No. 2214) under Decision No. 2214/QĐ-TTg issued on 14/11/2013 by the Prime Minister, there have been many positive changes in raising the material and mental living conditions for ethnic minority people.
