Sub-decree no. 96 on identity services that do not require payment of service fees

This sub-decree aims to define the types of identification services that do not require service fees and service fees to ensure the provision of effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable public services, and the collection of non-tax revenue for the benefit of the national budget, as well as to alleviate the expenditure burden of the people.
