Law on the establishment of the Ministry of Inspection

The Law on the Establishment of the Ministry of Inspection has been put into effect. The Ministry of Inspection, which is subordinate to the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has the competence to lead and manage the inspection sector. The Ministry shall be led and managed by a Minister, accompanied by a number of Secretaries of State and Undersecretaries of State as necessary. The Secretaries of State and Undersecretaries of State shall perform duties as assigned by the Minister.
