Sub-decree No. 30 on the land reclassification of 126 928.39 hectares in 8 natural protected areas, Koh Kong province as as the state private property in order to grant ownership to citizens and to Koh Kong provincial administration to occupy as private state property. The land reclassification has attached with Maps and coordinates in official letter No. 203 dated 02 February 2021 of the Ministry of Environment in appendices. More importantly, the Koh Kong committee of land management shall place posts of key locations on its boundary to reserve public benefits, infrastructure development, social, and registrations of land property possession in accordance with law and regulations.
