From the World Bank data site, select the Indicator "Net trade in goods and services (BoP, current US$)" (http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/BN.GSR.GNFS.CD). Select the download in Excel format option. Open the Excel file and edit the data worksheet to remove all countries except the 2014 data column for the five Lower Mekong countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam) and the 2013 data for Laos, and save.
