Targeted districts of the implementation plan for the social accountability framework (ISAF)

This the spatial representation of the districts which have been selected to implement the implementation plan for the social accountability framework (I-SAF) by 5 NGOs, namely Save the Children, World Vision, Star Kampuchea, Care and Reproductive and Child Health Alliance (RACHA). This project aims to empower citizens, strengthen partnerships between sub-national administrations (SNAs) and citizens, and enhance the accountability of SNAs and local service providers. The I-SAF consists of four operational components: access to information and open budgets, citizen monitoring, facilitation and capacity building, and learning and monitoring.

ပြည့်စုံမှု This dataset contains all of the data that is currently available to Open Development Cambodia (ODC) and is not exhaustive. The target areas may be changed due to the period of time.
ဖြစ်စဉ် The available data including the MOU between NCDD and NGOs was collected to develop a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet consisted of districts as the spatial representative, and ODC team conducted the geocoding with basemap. As the result, the shapfile was created and exported into various file such as KML, CSV, GeoJSON and JPEG
