Law on Organization and Functioning of Supreme Council of National Defense
This law is intended to establish the Supreme Council of National Defense to protect the Constitution, national independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Cambodia and to ensure the performance of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces' (RCAF) roles and responsibilities as well as review and implement national defense policy and plans.
