This Sub-Decree focuses on establishing the National Research Foundation as a public trust to mobilize, manage, and allocate resources from various legal sources to support research and development of public and private research institutions, partner institutions, and other research institutions, with the aim of promoting the development of an efficient, effective, and sustainable national innovation system.
