Sub-decree No 83 on procedure of indigenous communal land registration
This sub-decree is to establish the principle, procedure, and mechanism to register the indigenous community land as the collective ownership with the objective to provide land tenure to the indigenous community, and security and to protect the collectivism by preserving the identification, culture, custom and taboo of indigenous people.
