Prakas no.302 on staff representatives in enterprises and establishments

This Prakas concerns all enterprises and establishments as stipulated in Article 3 of the Law on Trade Unions, and those employing at least 8 (eight) workers shall establish a staff representative to serve as the sole representative within the enterprise or establishment. A full-time staff representative shall consist of an assistant staff representative.
