To establish a Steering Committee for the Comprehensive Poverty Reduction and Growth Strategy (CPRGS); the Poverty Reduction and Growth Facility Programme (PRGF); the Poverty Reduction Support Credit Programme (PRSC) to help the Prime Minister in guiding the implementation of the Strategy and Programmes.
