Mr. Ung Khunvathana was authorized distributed license no. 411 LD to provide electricity power distribution service at some part of Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province and Kandal Stung district, Kandal province, by purchasing electricity from Sokha Electricity Co., Ltd under Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between Sokha Electricity Co., Ltd and Mr. Ung Khunvathana dated August 26, 2015. The license term shall be 10 years from August 26, 2015.
