Law on Organization and Functioning of Constitutional Council (2007)

This​ purposes of this law are to​ create​ and​ determine​ the​ Organization​ and​ the Functioning​ of​ the​ Constitutional​ Council​ in​ order​ to​ ensure​ the​ respect​ of​ the​ Constitution, to​ interpret​ the​ Constitution​ and​ the​ laws,​ to​ examine​ and​ to​ rule​ on​ the​ litigations​ related​ to​ the​ elections​ of​ the​ Members​ of​ the National​ Assembly​ and​ to​ the​ elections​ of​ the​ Senators.​
