This Circular provides for the elaboration, appraisal, approval, inspection, supervision and implementation of sustainable forest management and forest certification schemes for natural forests and planted forests. State agencies, organizations and forest owners are organizations involved in the elaboration, appraisal, approval, inspection, supervision and implementation of sustainable forest management plans.
