Sub-decree No.03 on the modification of Veal Samnab lake system occupying 4,815 hectares, located in Kandal province, as state public property

Land lot of 137.8760 hectares located in Prek Luong, Prek Takov, and Svay Chrum communes, Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province were transferred as state private land. This land is a part of Veal Samnab lake system as defined in Sub-decree No.25, issued on 08 February 2016, on the establishment of Veal Samnab lake system with a surface area of 4,815 hectares in Kandal province as a state public property. In addition, these parcels of land lot were granted to persons named Chea Huy and Chhor Cheng to resume their ownership.
