This sub-decree shows the Boeung Ta Mok reformation (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh issued that referring to the Sub-decree no. 20 dated 03 February 2016 on the Boeung Ta Mok with a total area of 3,239.7 hectares of the state public property in Phnom Penh, reclassifying from the state public property to the state private property. Its Sub-Decree granted ownership to Electricité du Cambodge (EDC) on 70,452 square meters of the Boeung Ta Mok at Sangkat Ponhea Pon, Khan Preaek Pnov, Phnom Penh city.
